  12. Chris H. Pappas and William H. Murray III. Copyright is 1994. As cover 
  13. indicates, it covers all Visual C++ releases through version 2. Also, the 
  14. following books can be had (I have no use for them):

  17. Gurewich. Copyright 1995.
